My name is Jeff, and I will be your coach AND host during this camp.

I have been training Muay Thai for over 12 years and have trained with the best of the best! I'll be the one that plans and customizes each training session, but will also be the ONLY coach teaching during this camp.

My online platform, MMAShredded, produces quality MMA content for people to access from all over the world. On my channel, I go through different tips, tactics, breakdowns and always show my sparring footage - I highly recommend you watch some of my videos to get a feel for who I am and how I coach others.

  • both stances (orthodox/southpaw) and different styles of stances (Muay Thai/boxing/MMA)
  • different main disciplines (Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, JKD)

Bali is the most popular Indonesian island to visit, known for its forested volcanic mountains, iconic rice paddies, beaches, and coral reefs. In two weeks, you'll not only get in fight shape, but will also be catching sunsets and waves during off training hours. Bali is extremely accessible and can be reached by plane, bus, and boat.

We'll be attending a beautiful outdoor gym that's known for their Muay Thai and yoga classes. The gym holds:
  • 1 main training area
  • heavy bags
  • clean mats
  • kettlebells
  • 9 minute walk to Bingin Beach
  • several supermarkets, restaurants close by

Below is your two week training schedule which consists of 26 classes, amounting to 39 hours in total. This schedule can change depending on the discipline the majority of attendees come from.

Because there are long intermissions between the morning and evening training class, feel free to fill your time by roaming the area (together), eating, and enjoying the island. Every evening class will end before the sun sets, which gives us plenty of time to shower and watch it go down with a beer in our hands. 


Each spacious private bedroom has the following:

During your off training hours, you'll be visiting plenty of temples, experiencing the night life, and watching surfers out in the ocean!

Since we'll only be training for approximately four hours per day (one morning and one evening session), you'll have plenty of downtime to enjoy Bali. Some of the top attractions include:

  • watch the sunrise from Mount Batur

The 2 week train + travel camp will cost a total of $1275 USD. There is a $500 USD deposit to reserve a spot, so be one of the twelve.
The remaining $775 USD is due on September 15th, 2019 and you can get $50 off if you book with someone!
The camp runs from November 3rd to November 17th, 2019 lasting a total of two weeks.
Within the flat rate of $1275 USD there are morning and evening training sessions (26 classes and 39 hours in total), a one hour private lesson, 14 night private accommodation, 1.5 hour surf lesson, Wi-Fi internet access and air conditioning, and some group hiking adventures!
Yes! Each booking will receive a $50 discount from their remaining balance. Please contact me to advise me on your group or partner booking.
That's okay! This camp is for everyone, and because of the smaller group size, I'll actually be able to coach you through the techniques more effectively. All these techniques are proven to work, and can be extremely helpful in different situations.
This depends on your home country and what type of passport you hold. I highly recommend you ask your local diplomatic centre on what you require to travel to Indonesia.
Just like there are optimal numbers of people for group projects, there are also optimal numbers for teaching classes, especially in martial arts.

I truly want this camp to be smaller and more intimate in size, so that I can watch over the class and make sure the training makes sense. I want to help people improve their technique and get to where they want to be in their journey. 
You can leave a lot of your winter clothes at home for this trip!

You will need to bring training clothing that you're comfortable in, like t shirts, and shorts, compression wear for no gi/grappling. Also, you will need to bring one pair of boxing gloves, shinguards if you plan to spar, and MMA gloves if you have some. 
Yes, absolutely! Once you make a deposit, you'll be added to the Bali What's App group where introductions will be made. 
Because this is the most popular island in Indonesia, there are several food options that include fresh fruits and vegetables! Whether you have dietary restrictions or not, you'll find local cuisine, as well as, Western restaurants. I would budget about $25USD/day for food and drinks.
If you didn't check out the activities section of this guide, there are MANY things to do in Bali. It's extremely easy to fill up your time on the island. Some of the things you can do are, snorkeling and diving, visiting other islands and beaches, checking out some beautiful temples, and hiking!
There are plenty of cheap taxis and local buses you can grab to take you anywhere on the island. There is also an Uber equivalent called Go-Jek. Additionally, a private driver can be hired or a motorbike can be rented.
A 50% refund on the deposit will be provided 60+ days before the first camp date. 

Once we are within the 60 day window of the camp, there is no refund. But please contact me earlier if you have any concerns, or run into any problems.
