This training course consists of 11 workouts with a BONUS MMA workout round! It includes over 100 different combinations on the heavy bag and you'll definitely see yourself progress in your training throughout the workouts.
As you complete each workout the difficulty of the technique, rhythm and pattern increases, as well as the amount of rounds.
This program is for those looking to supplement their training, become stronger, get in peak shape, and for those that want to train on their own while continuing to progress quickly in their martial arts journey.
Feel free to start your program by using the beginner workouts for a couple weeks. Then when you feel comfortable, progress to the more difficult ones.
