I'm Ben, a coach over the last 13 years that's completed 27 professional certifications, under legends like Charles Poliquin, Paul Check and Andrew Benoit. I'm a relentless student who's constantly evolving my coaching game so that athletes can continually level up. The fighters I work with are consistently becoming stronger, faster, more mobile, more resistant to injury, and more importantly, more dangerous
MEET YOUR ATHLETE
I'm Jeff, a pro fighter currently signed with ONE Championship. I began training in Muay Thai when I was 15 and have since accumulated an amateur record of 24-2, and professional MMA record of 4-1. Throughout my training I've always aimlessly lifted weights to improve my strength. After meeting Coach Ben and learning about functional training, I see the explosive strength I've gained from these specific movements and exercises
HOW THE COURSE WORKS
The core concept of this training program is called wave loading, an effective method at peaking strength in a short amount of time
