I've earned 27 professional certifications under industry legends like Charles Poliquin, Paul Chek, and André Benoit. I'm a relentless student, always refining my approach to ensure my athletes continue to evolve. The fighters I work with consistently become stronger, faster, more mobile, more resilient—and most importantly, more dangerous.

I'm Jeff, a professional fighter currently signed with ONE Championship. I started training in Muay Thai at 15 and have since built an amateur record of 24-2, along with a professional MMA record of 4-1.
